About Us
The Ed Harris Mortgage Advisor Team regards the customer as more than a set of financial data, the mortgage the customer takes home with them is truly the best loan for their financial situation.
Ed Harris joined the Eagle Nationwide team in 2005. Ed currently acts as a manager and loan officer. He began his career in the mortgage and financial profession working for Ameriquest (helping customers with less than perfect credit scores). Ed believes in an educational approach with his clients, whether he is working with a first time homebuyer or a seasoned investor. His philosophy is to have a seamless and well-communicated process with his clients from beginning to end.
Without an experienced staff of lending professionals, his team’s “big-picture” approach to mortgage solutions would mean little, his team has years of experience and has helped hundreds of homeowners achieve their financial goals. Ed attributes his successes in the mortgage industry on his supporting staff (Denis Rawls, Daydred Vasquez and Kelly McClain). The principles that guide them become ingrained in each member of his team. They are committed to putting those principles into practice one customer at a time.
Ed Harris is a member of NARLO (The National Association of Responsible Loan Officers). They set forth a strict and monitored Code of Ethics and Rules of Professional Conduct. They are the only national association that aggressively investigates consumer complaints against loan officers.
He is also a member of MPPH (Mortgage Professionals Providing Help). MPPH is a nonprofit organization dedicated to raising awareness & funds for needy children. A percentage of all his loans go towards that worthy cause.
Ed feels the most beneficial certification to you is that he is certified in Mortgage Acceleration Programs. Ed is trained how to use the latest and greatest financial techniques to help customers reduce their mortgage term dramatically. Ed routinely shows customers how to take a 30 year mortgage and pay it off in 8 to 11 years without a change in mortgage payments or lifestyle.
Ed lives in Middlesex County, New Jersey with his wife, Kimberly. They have two sons Trey and Sky, that are active in Boy Scouts and sports and keeps him very busy.
